Want or need to track your daily food intake?

There are a number of sites and applications you can use and download to help you track your daily food intake. This is a handy tool to use if you are having trouble determining how much to eat or whether or not you are consuming too much of something i.e. carbs, protein, fats, sugars etc.

This can also help you if your goal is to lose weight since it will provide you with the amount of calories you are eating vs. how much you should be consuming. I do recommend that you try to eat 5 to 6 times a day, 3 meals, and 2 to 3 snacks in between meals to help keep you satisfied. Certain foods have less calories, fat, sugar, etc. than others and we are able to consume a little more of them without going over our daily nutritional goals.

Be sure to log in your daily exercise activities as well because this will also affect how much you will need to consume to adequately fuel your body.
